The Leonardo DRS Land Electronics business provides C4I Network computing and integrated situational awareness, as well as state-of-the-art embedded diagnostics, vehicle power management and combat vehicle integration products and services.

Job Summary Job Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support specifically related to supply chain support activities Maintain files, logs, records of requisitions, cycle counts, vendor maintenance requests and related documentation. Maintain information on computer systems, and assist in expediting purchase requisitions, vendor change requests, and cycle count accuracy audits May assist Accounting Department in clerical or data entry tasks as needed May assist in developing or imporving various process used throughout the business unit Perform a variety of routine activities in support of functional areas such as operations, engineering, or accounting for a specific project, business or a technical unit Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources Compile, review and analyze data Use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations May design processes to enhance work flow Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures This position typically spends 90% of their time supporting the function Good understanding of general job aspects and some understanding of the detailed aspects of the job Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization Job Responsibilities Part II Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Busines Adminstration or IT and is either a Junior or Senior with a 3.0 GPA Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed Attention to detail and willingness/ability to hild others to policy The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team independently  Be available to work part-time, average of 20 hours during the spring semester
