What you’ll be doing:
Our Supply Chain Co-Op is a 4 month experience that exposes you to different areas of our Supply Chain organization. Participants in our Supply Chain Internship Program will accelerate their careers with on the job training and industry exposure. You’ll have the ability to strategically execute new and exciting initiatives throughout our integrated supply chain organization.
During this Co-Op, you will participate in training and team building activities along with other interns/co-ops working at Shaw Industries; giving you the opportunity to gain insight into the numerous systems and processes of our organization while engaging management and personnel.
Our supply chain Co-Ops will get practical and intentional experience. The intern assignments are real positions that require fast learning skills and the ability to ramp up quickly. You will be able to hone your communication, analytical, and problem solving skills as you navigate the daily complexities of supply chain management. You will also gain leadership development, as you apply what you learn and connect with people.

Requirements:
Minimum GPA 2.5
Must have completed at least 3 or more semesters of college coursework
Must be a full-time student
Obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
