ABOUT THE POSITION
VHB is hiring a Transportation Design Intern to join our team in Atlanta, GA for the Spring, Summer and Fall of 2025.
Responsibilities
Effectively interact with numerous VHB staff to advance projects in a timely mannerAssist with engineering calculations, analysis and report preparationField investigation, data collection, survey quality reviewAssist with completion of preliminary and final construction plansQuantity take-offs and calculationsSkills and Attributes
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to independently manage multiple tasks and interact appropriately and positively with clientsSelf-motivated with attention to detailQualifications
Candidates must be pursuing a bachelors or master’s degree in civil engineeringInterest in transportation design and/or traffic engineeringVHB does not provide housing for internships.
