Sprinkler Service Technician

Receive service calls from the Service Resource Center, detailing equipment or system malfunctions.
Contact the customer representative to identify and understand the equipment or systems issues.
Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential properties. This includes, but is not limited to, wet (steel, copper, and CPVC), dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.
Adhere to troubleshooting procedures and consult technical manuals, parts manuals, change notices, bulletins, and modification notices to diagnose and repair equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by maintaining consistent communication with district staff and customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Electronically complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain the customers signature.
