Responsibilities

Supervises/participates in the activities for purchasing all food, non-food supplies and related services to assure timely delivery and quality service to all end users.Develops and manages requests for proposals with GFH Supply Chain sourcing as necessary.In the absence of the Chef (Manager), will act as a liaison between the approved GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) and the specified prime vendor to maximize cost savings and efficiencies for all contractual agreements.Ensures that automated inventory parameters are kept up to date.Is responsible for the development and preparation of various financial reports
