Title: Supervisor, Training Coordination

Role Description
Reporting to the Director, Training Delivery, the Supervisor, Training Coordination is accountable for both coordinating — and for directly managing a team of others who will coordinate — all aspects of training, including: communications, scheduling, managing and reporting enrollments and attendance, and collecting and analyzing survey results. The Supervisor, Training Coordination will champion team business continuity and operational standardization efforts across learning programs amidst high organizational growth.
Team manager responsibilities:
Interview, hire, and onboard new coordination team members
Guide the coordination team through the migration to a different learning management system and a new way of working
Evaluate team member responsibilities and accountabilities across learning programs, make work assignments, and help team to prioritize tasks as needed
Manage performance of team, including observing and coaching team members and conducting performance reviews
Measure the effectiveness of coordination operations and communications, and suggest and lead the team in continuous improvement efforts
Identify and execute against opportunities to standardize coordination operations across all Learning programs
Create new, and meticulously maintain existing standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Other responsibilities:
Coordinate all stages of delivery for virtual and in-person learning programs including pre-, during-, and post-program activities
Serve as the primary scheduler and point of contact for assigned Learning programs
Manage planned communications and correspond professionally with participants about program details and to support their participation
Ensure smooth delivery of assigned learning programs by orchestrating multiple components of the experience (e.g., confirm and prepare facilitators, obtain supplies, troubleshoot technology issues)
Manage all program materials (e.g., presentation decks, participant materials, etc.)
Track and report on participation in Learning programs
Build and foster relationships with program owners and leadership to support continuous improvement of the programs
Analyze data and feedback to evaluate outcomes and effectiveness, identify gaps, and provide insights to drive improvements
Manage multiple project plans to ensure efforts stay on track for deadlines and prepare updates and read-out on project progress

We’re looking for motivated individuals with:
Expertise in Oak Street Health care model and operations is preferred
At least 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience, including at least one year of experience within a Learning operations role and experience managing direct reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively convey ideas and listen actively and write formal organizational communications
Excellent listening and feedback delivery skills
High level of self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation
Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships
Problem-solving skills: aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
Strong collaborator who enjoys learning different functions and how they come together to create an unmatched new hire experience
Proficiency with learning tools/technology
Proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (basic formulas/functions needed to collect, streamline, analyze, and report on large datasets)

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
