岗位职责

1. 质量体系管理

参与建立和完善安卓平板产品的质量管理体系，确保其符合产品质量要求。

定期对质量管理体系进行回溯和改进，确保其有效性和适用性。

2. 流程优化与改进

分析项目开发过程中的数据，识别潜在的质量风险和改进点。

提出并实施流程优化方案，推动项目团队持续改进开发效率和质量。

组织跨部门的质量改进活动，确保改进措施的有效落地。

3. 团队培训与支持

定期对项目团队进行质量意识和流程规范的培训，提升团队整体质量水平。

协助团队推动开发过程中遇到的质量问题，确保项目顺利推进。

任职资格

1. 教育背景

全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息工程等相关专业优先。

2. 工作经验

5年以上流程管理相关工作经验，其中至少3年专注于安卓平板或相关移动设备的流程管理工作。

具备安卓移动设备项目经验，熟悉大型软件项目的开发流程和质量控制方法。

有项目监控和流程管理经验，能够独立制定和执行质量保证计划。

3. 专业技能

熟悉软件开发全生命周期，包括需求分析、设计、编码、测试和部署等阶段。

熟悉安卓平台的开发和测试流程，具备相关工具的使用经验。

具备良好的数据分析能力，能够通过数据驱动的方式优化项目流程。

4. 语言能力

英文水平良好，能够熟练阅读和撰写英文技术文档，具备基本的英语沟通能力。

5. 其他要求

具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够与项目团队和管理层有效沟通。

有良好的团队合作精神和责任心，能够在高压环境下保持高效工作。

具备项目管理相关资格认证（如PMP）或质量管理认证（如CMMI）者优先。
