SQA Analyst

We’re looking for a QA Analyst to be a key member of a skilled, results-oriented Quality Assurance team. The Software QA Analyst role will be responsible for the manual testing phase of the production process to ensure new and enhanced software meets the business standards. The Software QA Analyst will ensure the software is functional, reliable and in line with the end user’s expectations. In this role, the individual will work with Product Owners, Software Developers, Scrum Masters, end-users and should have experience working in an agile environment.
In this role you willWork with the development team to identify testing needs and opportunities. Be a team player.Perform manual SQA testing within an Agile scrum team environment Write test plans, test cases, status reports and summary reports Perform cross OS/browser and multi-device testing Assist with adhoc troubleshooting of production issues Create and present risk assessments to product owner and scrum team to identify potential risks for each product release Perform heavy data validation and/or ETL processes testing Document and investigate defects appropriately and report back to product/dev for evaluationAnalyze user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases to develop, document, and maintain test cases, and other testing artifacts, including test data We are looking for:3+ years of professional experience in QA Software Testing Experience with writing, executing, reporting, and maintenance of test cases and working in an Agile/Scrum environment Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure, Jenkins Experience with complex data validation and ETL processes testing in additional to traditional SQA experience (UI, API, and database testing) Experience with SQL Server and writing SQL queries to validate testing earlier Familiarity with C#, .NET Experience with Web and Mobile debugger tools is a plus Experience with API testing tools such as Postman Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive action. High attention to detail including effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Excellent troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills Customer focused in all areas with natural curiosity to pursue issues and increase expertise Works well in a team environment Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and work successfully with teams across the organization.
