Summary: We are looking for an experienced ISO Management Representative and SQF Practitioner to coordinate all activities that pertains to growing the ISO 9001:2015 and SQF (Safety Quality Food) programs. This awesome Representative/Practioner will provide training in all areas to support, contribute to continuous growth and provide improvements to the quality system.

ResponsibilitiesISO MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE:
Ensure that company third party ISO accreditations are obtained and maintained.Complete any task required to maintain current ISO systems or to gain new certificationsTrain Top Management on the documented company policiesTrain Top Management when ISO standards have been revised and released to ensure requirements are met. Assist site Top Management in control and maintain the risk assessment schedule and risk log.Prepare reports relating to the health of the sites quality management systems and report out to Top Management in staff meetingsAssist in implementation and usage of corporate and divisional mandated quality system software Maintain the Top Management QMS internal and external documents lists.Assist departments to ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.Ensure that effective internal audits are scheduled and performedEnsure internal lead auditor and internal audits have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks.Assist the Plant Manager with the planning and conducting of site level business reviewEnsure that the input for business review required by the ISO standards are covered during business review. Maintain records of business review.Host 3rd party auditors and ensure the availability of all requested documentation and records.Answer all findings issued as a result of 3rd party ISO audits
SQF PRACTITIONER
Oversee the development, implementation, review, management, and maintenance of the plant’s Food Packaging Safety Programs including SQF System. Communicate to relevant personnel all information essential to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the SQF System.Take appropriate action to maintain the integrity of the SQF SystemValidate changes to Food Packaging Safety Fundamentals and HACCP Plan that have an impact on the ability to deliver safe, quality food packaging.Responsible for the validation and verification of the following SQF requirements:Pre-requisite programsCritical control pointsCritical packaging safety limitsMonitoring activitiesSampling, inspection and analysis for Food Packaging Safety Schedule and lead internal audits for Food Packaging SafetyEnsure SQF training is conducted for required team members within plant. Qualifications

2+ years of Food Packaging Safety and/or Quality experience in an industrial setting.B.S. Degree in Food Science or related field or equivalent experience HACCP training with evidence of competencyKnowledge in current ISO standards Written and verbal communication skillStrong motivational and communication skills Background in facilitating training Trained Internal Auditor(s)Education and/or Experience:
B.S. Degree in Food Science or related field or equivalent experience; or two years minimum related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables.
