Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an SQL Developer in Delray Beach, Florida. As an SQL Developer, you will be tasked with designing and creating databases, ensuring their security and efficiency, as well as providing technical guidance for their use and migration. Responsibilities: • Create and design databases to meet specific task functions and specifications. • Ensure the security and integrity of databases to prevent attacks and loss of information. • Review and amend any coding, typographical errors, and bugs in each database development. • Formulate data dictionaries that align with task specifications. • Develop technical documents that detail the purpose, capacity, and guidelines for each database. • Provide guidance on the use and migration of databases. • Regularly service and update databases as required. • Work with SQL, Windows, PHP, Laravel to maintain and improve database functionality. Requirements • The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an SQL Developer or in a similar role. • Proficiency in Laravel, PHP, and SQL is required. • The candidate should have a strong understanding of SQL - Structured Query Language. • The candidate must have experience in Database Administration. • The ability to work in a team and individually is essential. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail. • The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. • The candidate should have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential. • The candidate should be familiar with Agile development methodologies. • Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations is a plus.
