Kforce's well known healthcare client in Fairfield, CA is seeking a SQL Developer to work on an exciting new project. Duties: * SQL Developer will analyze and ensure efficient transition of all technical design documents and develop various SQL packages to provide support to all EDI applications * Implement the data models required by the EDI application development team and provide optimal design solutions to improve system quality and efficiency * Understand business requirements and accordingly develop database solutions for EDI application development team * Browse, create, edit, and delete schema objects on Oracle and Microsoft SQL database servers * Write server-side Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL server Transaction SQL blocks, edit and debug SQL program units on Oracle and SQL Servers * Develop SSIS/SSRS packages and ETL solutions to meet business needs * As a SQL Developer, you will recommend system enhancements and modifications to improve performance efficiency * Maintain in-depth knowledge on HIPAA EDI 5010 TR3 technical specifications and the current HIPAA EDI rules from both technical and user perspectives * Provide training and assistance to less experienced staffs as needed * Create and maintain documentation for all projects and participate in team meetings, conferences and problem-solving discussions
