Skill Requirements: 

3-7 years of experience in IIS, Windows server and SQL/Oracle based application supportExperience in production support of application runs on Windows and databases Oracle, MS SQL serverAble to write SQL, and well understanding of Pl/SQL codes.Manage various .net applications and websites.Performance monitoring of Webserver – IISHave provided technical support (L3)Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities on production servers (Windows) after hoursShould have very good experience in troubleshooting, independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.Good understanding on traditional SDLCITIL certification is preferredCoordination experience with application vendors for L3/L4 supportRefine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changesExperience of 24x7 support for critical production systems.Have used ITSM tool to manage support processAbility to organize and plan work independentlyWork with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelinesWork with customers and project management teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDay to day management of the ticketing queue for clients ensuring completion in line with client needs/expectationsParticipate in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagementsCollaborate with product development team to help support platform functionalityWorking knowledge of support processes and working in support environmentExpected to drive resolution to remediate both routine and non-routine problems and hold resources accountable to provide permanent
