The focus is SQL Server, but the candidate must have worked in  healthcare. 

That’s a must.  Optum is not a must but would be great to have.

Job Description:

SQL server database administration including backups, upgrades, new setup, installations.Maintaining SQL scripts, batch scripts, Shell Scripting, secure file transfers, and application specific production jobs on Windows and Linux platforms across enterprise.Implementing Optum claims processing systems to new clients and performing upgrades for existing clients.Troubleshooting ICES/HSS related issues with Ingenix support team.Application support for MS SQL server, Oracle and IIS.Handling FTP client tools for File transfers; and managing daily and adhoc database backups using Symantec Backup Exec.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Optum experience desired.MS SQL Server experience.Healthcare experience required.Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced team environment.
