The Role
The FIU BU Engagement squad is responsible for providing a standard, off-the-shelf suite of customer fraud risk assessment services. These are services are used, in turn, by Fidelity business units to risk assess customer transactions in real-time. The squad will support BU adopters in multiple ways including technical integration support, enhancing the services to accommodate new use-case requirements, and providing guidance on responding to risk signals in the customer journey design.
You will own alignment on 'what' and 'when' work is performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog and partnering with other product delivery leaders to influence broader strategic decisions, roadmaps and resource requirements. You will also set and refine the mission.
We believe that diversity in background and experience will foster an inclusive and engaging work environment for our employees. This ultimately enables us to deliver a better product for our customers.
Being technically competent is only telling half the story. We believe that delivering the best possible solutions require a blend of leadership, human ingenuity and effective use of technology. While we value smart technologists, we are fanatics about our culture that promotes autonomy and leadership at all levels.
