GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Squash Professional is a non-exempt position whose primary responsibility is developing the squash program, including private lessons and group clinics relating to all facets of the game for men, ladies, and juniors of all levels.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS Teaching lessons and clinics to adults and children Participating in squash leagues and tournaments Assisting with member events and promoting club programs Maintaining a clean, safe work environment Greeting members and guests throughout the property Understanding and anticipating the needs of our members; be attentive, listen carefully and follow through. As needed, and directed by the Director of Tennis, perform additional duties such as member ratings, round robin play, and maintaining the squash ladder.
