Job Responsibilities

As a Sr Analyst Import - Export, you will hold a pivotal position in ensuring the flawless execution of our import and export operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and managing import and export activities to ensure compliance with all regulations.Coordinating the preparation and processing of shipping documentation.Liaising with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other third parties to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.Monitoring and analyzing import/export data to identify areas for improvement.Developing and implementing strategies to optimize logistics processes.Collaborating with internal departments to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Customs (Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior y Aduanas) or equivalent experience.2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role (e.g., warehouse coordinator, logistics leader, traffic coordinator, customs specialist).Preferably, previous experience in the medical devices industry.Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2 level).Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A proactive, ambitious approach with the ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and deliver outstanding results.
