Location Description The Post Consumer Brands sales office in Bentonville is in the heart of the Natural State, Arkansas. Bentonville is also home to the Walmart home office, which this sales team primarily serves. In addition to managing the relationship with Post's largest customer, the small, dedicated team also participates in several charitable and volunteer events throughout the year. The team prides itself on winning together and working hard to meet goals, while celebrating wins. Responsibilities This role reports to the Team Vice President supporting Post Consumer Brands Sam’s Club business. The Sr. Account Manager will manage all aspects of the everyday responsibilities of servicing PCB’s RTE cereal business at Sam’s Club with the goal of creating "Win / Win" opportunities to grow our collaborative business. Effective time management, building and fostering key customer and internal relationships, along with planning/organizing will be required to be successful. Major Job Activities Direct call on Sam’s Club Corporate. Meet or exceed sales targets and stay within allocated trade budget. Develop and implement merchandising programs that maximize profitable growth and meets the needs of both Sam’s Club and Post Consumer Brands. Sell merchandising & distribution plans that maximizes product mix, ensures correct placement, compliance with price points and maximizes promotional opportunities.  Conduct “Top to Top” meetings with Senior Post Consumer Brands and Company Executives. Participate in retail activities and close retail voids. Maintain coordination with internal Post Consumer Brands departments to ensure all programs, sales initiatives, issues, and questions are resolved in a timely manner. Evaluate and adjust sales plans to ensure plan implementation and achievement. Sell Post Consumer Brands merchandising objectives to customer. Establish working relationship with key decision makers at all levels of the organization. Accurate forecasting and communication sharing with Post Consumer Brands Demand planners. Assist Category Manager in development and delivery of category analysis and presentations. Able to prioritize multiple tasks and develop solutions to complex problems. Represents Post consumer Brands as primary contact on projects and customer needs. Work Location: This role is based out of our Bentonville, AR sales office and follows a hybrid work schedule. Qualifications Four year college degree and/or minimum of 5+ years in CPG sales and/or cross functional role. Previous Sales support positions (sales analyst, trade management, category management, and/or consumer marketing) are desirable. Requires demonstrated skills in leadership and selling skills, strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills.  Must be effective at problem-solving (analysis, solution finding, and bringing resolution to a problem), communications (both written and oral), and self-management (set priorities, plan/organize own work, good at detail and follow through) Excellent working knowledge of Nielsen Syndicated data, Power Point, and Excel. Travel: 30%
