An exceptional and exciting career opportunity is currently\navailable for a Stationry/A&S Account Manager; reporting to Regional Sales Leader, responsible for managing and growing sales of Stationry refrigerant and A&S products at OEM and\naftermarket customers located across China.

The Account Manager will be responsible for serving existing\ncustomers and developing new accounts.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account plans to achieve\n sales targets and business objectives
Develop/manage/optimize\n distributor network
Identify and pursue new business opportunities\n within existing accounts
Build and maintain strong\n relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to\n deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
Provide technical expertise and support to\n customers throughout the sales process
Monitor market trends and competitor activities\n to identify potential risks and opportunities
Maintains close relationships with and works\n through key distributor partners to effectively facilitate deliveries of\n refrigerant products
Works closely with all functions (legal, supply\n chain, logistics, engineering, technology, etc)  
Interacts with and coordinates activities with\n peer Account Managers who are calling on the same account in other\n regions.
Builds a sales pipeline, works on NPI programs\n in the territory.  
Works closely with tech service and technology\n team
Provides accurate AOP and monthly forecasts for\n the territory
Assists in collection of invoices as needed
Complete the daily\n tasks that manager assigned

Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a relevant field of Thermal and Power Engineering/Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering/HVAC Engineering
Minimum\n of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven\n track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in related industries
Good spoken and written English skills
Strong\n communication and negotiation skills
Ability\n to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal\n stakeholders
Excellent communication and\n presentations skills\n both written and verbal
Excellent spoken and written English is essential
Proficient\n in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word etc,
Good at data collection, analysis\n and presentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a\n team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Operates with a structured work process\n including account planning, call reporting and global\n coordination/communication across the internal teams

In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced\nMaterials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent\nof Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced\nMaterials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the\nseparation occurs.
