Sr Account Manager
**Senior Account Manager – Estates** Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Senior Account Manager – Estates** to oversee multiple high-end residential and estate garden properties. This role ensures that all estate landscapes are maintained to the highest standards while meeting contractual obligations and exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in estate gardening, horticultural best practices, and a deep understanding of ornamental plant care, pruning techniques, and lawn maintenance. They will play a key role in managing property maintenance, supervising crews, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Estate & Property Management:** Proactively manage estate gardens and landscapes, ensuring compliance with our clients high standards and contractual agreements. + **Client Relations:** Build and maintain strong relationships with estate owners, providing professional and transparent communication regarding landscape services and enhancements. + **Quality Control:** Conduct property inspections, identify potential issues, and implement solutions that align with client expectations and budget. + **Project Oversight:** Supervise landscape maintenance crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and with high attention to detail. + **Budget & Billing:** Manage job costs, produce billing documentation, and conduct customer walk-throughs to ensure service satisfaction. + **Team Leadership & Training:** Develop and mentor maintenance crews, enforcing proper horticultural practices and ensuring adherence to contract specifications. + **Operational Coordination:** Work closely with the Director of Operations to optimize scheduling, crew efficiency, and overall service quality. + **Industry Engagement:** Represent our client at industry events, associations, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business growth. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** Minimum **5 years of field experience in landscaping** and **5 years in property management** or estate garden oversight. + **Education:** Degree or certification in **Horticulture** preferred; equivalent experience considered. + **Horticultural Expertise:** + Strong knowledge of **Pacific Northwest (PNW) plant identification, pruning techniques, and pest/disease management.** + Experience with **bonsai, Japanese maples, and specimen plantings** is a plus. + Minimum **3 years of experience** with annual, perennial, and bulb plant installations. + **Irrigation Knowledge:** + **3 years of experience** in irrigation system maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation. + Knowledge of **Baseline systems** is a plus. + **Licenses & Certifications:** + Current **WA State Pesticide License** or ability to obtain within **90 days** . + Valid **Washington State driver’s license** with a clean record; ability to pass a background check. + **Leadership & Communication:** + Experience managing and supervising crews of **3-12 team members** . + Excellent written and verbal communication skills; **bilingual Spanish/English** is a plus. + **Technical & Administrative Skills:** + Ability to complete **Garden Review Notes** and punch lists in a timely manner. + Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs** . + Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. + **Equipment Knowledge:** + Familiarity with **2-cycle engines** and landscape maintenance tools. **Salary- 85-90k** **Pay Details:** $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
