In this role a key member of Accounting, reporting to Controller. You must be a dedicated team player committed to working in a high growth organization and partnering local finance teams in addressing corporate accounting matters for North America and UK manufacturing facilities. **Responsibilities:** + All aspects of consolidation and financial reporting for Qioptiq business (sales, backlog) + Prepare materials for monthly management presentation + Revenue recognition determination + Sales tax reporting to corporation + Research and implement new accounting standards + Goodwill impairment testing + Assist in GAAP audits and preparing audit supporting schedules (PBC) + Identify trends, anomalies, inefficiencies, and gaps in accounting processes and provide actionable recommendations to address areas, streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and improve productivity + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** + Minimum 5 years of manufacturing accounting experience, specifically ASC606 + Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required; + Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is beneficial but not required + Proven ability in working with SAP and advanced Excel is required, Onestream experience is a plus + Is self-motivated and can work with limited supervision + Exhibit an assertive personality with a strong bias for action with a results-orientation; tackles tough problems with firm deadlines + Please note that due to the requirements from the Department of Energy, **U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED** **Benefits:** + Full benefits package \#qioptiq Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
