**Job Posting: Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)**
We are seeking a dynamic **Administrative Assistant** to join our Global Talent Management team, supporting a VP and two AVPs. This hybrid role requires onsite presence twice a week and offers a 36.25-hour work week. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills and flexibility.
3+ month assignment, possible temp-to-hire
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage multiple calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
+ Organize travel itineraries and process expense reports.
+ Support HR and Talent program processes to ensure timely and consistent execution.
+ Plan and manage office logistics, including catering and scheduling lunches.
+ Oversee department initiatives such as leadership offsite, team-building events, and summits.
+ Provide backup support for other administrative professionals.
**Who We’re Looking For:**
+ **Experience:** 3+ years of Executive Assistant or a Sr Administrative Assistant experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a larger organization.
+ **Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
+ **Attributes:** Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent attention to detail.
+ **Soft Skills:** Superior written and verbal communication skills, resourcefulness, and a collaborative mindset.
+ **Flexibility:** Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
+ **Interest in HR:** A plus, but not required.
**Additional Details:**
+ **Schedule:** Hybrid role with onsite work required 2x per week.
+ **Hours:** 36.25-hour work week.
+ **Compensation:** $24- $34/hour, based on experience.

**Pay Details:** $24.00 to $34.00 per hour
