Sr\nAdministrative Assistant
As a Sr Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial\nrole in providing high-level administrative support to our executives and\nsenior management team. You will be responsible for managing calendars,\nscheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling\nconfidential information with discretion. Your attention to detail, strong\norganizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring\nthe smooth operation of our office.
You will report directly to our Sr Director Engineering and you'll work out of\nour Location in Phoenix AZ on a hybrid work\nschedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our executives\nand senior management team, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives and\ndecision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• \nManage calendars and schedule meetings for executives and senior\nmanagement
• \nCoordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and\ntransportation
• \nPrepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
• \n Handle confidential information\nwith discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
• \nAssist with event planning and coordination
• \nConduct research and compile data for various projects and reports

YOU\nMUST HAVE
• High Scholl Diploma/GED
• \n 5+ years of experience as an\nadministrative assistant or similar role
• 2+ years of experience supporting and communicating with C-level\nexecutives or senior management
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,\nPowerPoint, Outlook
