What You'll Do As a Senior Administrative Partner, you’ll get the opportunity to join a dynamic office environment, providing critical administrative and office management support. Here’s a few of the things you’ll do each day: Coordinating needs for space, catering, transportation, building access and other items requested or needed for meeting execution. You may be asked to research and book travel arrangements, manage expense reports, track department expenses, submit invoices, and build/maintain distribution lists. You will handle requests for new technology and set up/maintain office and team shared sites and process flow of information. Participate in a variety of office projects. Ensure the office is stocked with supplies needed and manage spending to budget provided. Research and identify solutions to issues with equipment within the office. Create and maintain procedures for the operation of the office. Communicate clearly when you are out of the office to ensure key duties and critical tasks are covered. Collaborate with other administrative team members, as needed, to identify resolutions for any unique office issues. As time allows, assist with other administrative/business functions to help support other Principal teams. Who You Are High school diploma or equivalent. 4+ years of administrative support and/or office management experience. Ability to work independently and provide support to a variety of professionals from different departments. Capable of planning ahead to ensure support during out-of-office days/hours. Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint. Comfortable with troubleshooting (with remote IT support when necessary) room and office technical support issues. Ability to prioritize and coordinate meetings and events, including access for external guests, transportation, meeting logistics, and catering. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $23.29 - $31.51 / hour Time Off Program Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Pension Eligible Yes Additional Information Location/Work Environments This opportunity is located at our 801 Grand Ave, Des Moines IA office. This is a fully onsite or hybrid opportunity, working at minimum 3 days in the office Monday - Friday.
