PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Hardware Test Engineer in Phoenix, AZ! **In this role you will:** + Design, develop, and implement hardware test strategies and solutions. + You will perform stress and performance testing on hardware such as circuit boards, processors, and wiring, ensuring products meet performance and compliance standards. + This role involves technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration. **Responsibilities:** + Develop **Test Requirements Documents (TRDs)** from system-level requirements. + Design and execute test strategies for hardware validation. + Write test automation scripts + Operate and maintain **Test Instruments, RF equipment** , and **Rack Stack ATE systems** . + Ensure compliance with certification processes such as **DO-160, DO-178, DO-254** . + Lead projects and mentor team members. **Education and Qualifications:** 1.
