We are seeking a\nhighly skilled and experienced Senior Advanced Project Engineer to join our\nteam in Brno. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a project team\nin the development of electronic control units for Electro-Mechanical Flight\nControl Actuation systems. These systems are crucial for the safe and efficient\noperation of various types of aircraft in the Urban Air Mobility market\nsegment.

As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the design\nand verification of safety critical and complex products. Your expertise and\nleadership will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of\nhigh-quality products that meet the stringent requirements of the aviation\nindustry.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilitiesLead a project team in the development of electronic control units for Electro-Mechanical Flight Control Actuation systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the safety and performance requirements of the Urban Air Mobility market segment.Conduct thorough testing and validation of products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to\njunior engineers.

Key skills and qualifications

University education in Engineering or a related field.5+ years’ experience with leading similar projects (development of products containing electronics) Effective communication and collaboration skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent command of English language is mandatory (B2/C1) - communication in English (spoken and written)Strong leadership and project management abilities.
