ESSENTIAL  PM SKILLS:

 Working knowledge of NPI Development Process is preferredAbility to set judicious expectations and manage them with key stakeholdersAbility to understand whole system/business perspective, identify and early escalation of risks at the right timeAbility to quickly assess unclear, complex, and ambiguous situations and reduce into distinct, clear, timely, and stable direction for the development team.Good knowledge on basic PM areas like Cost, Time, Risk and vendor managementKnowledge on EAC and Earned Value MetricsExperience in usage of Microsoft project/any other scheduling tools would be added advantageExperience with Agile methodology would be added advantage

Key Responsibilities

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelors / Masters Degree in EngineeringPMP/SAFe Certified would be an added advantage Or willingness to complete the certification with 1-2 yrs

EXPERIENCE:
