The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $164,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

\n

This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:                       

\n\nCollaborating with program management, technical personnel, functional leadership and support organizations to drive the transition of highly specialized systems from engineering to manufacturing\nSupport the upgrade and ongoing sustainment of highly specialized systems in collaboration with Program Management, Supply Chain and Field Service Engineering\nLeading cost, schedule, and technical decisions for multi-disciplinary engineering teams of ten people or more, often needing to make rapid decisions based on ambiguous or conflicting information\nUnderstanding the technical requirements of a project so that you can provide guidance to the execution team and information to program manager when conflicts arise\nPreparing and delivering internal reports on project status including, but not limited to, estimates at complete, delivery dates, risk status, and recovery plans\nLeading the preparation, approval, and delivery of system documentation\nInteracting with customers to identify future business opportunities and contributing to pursuit activities\n

YOU MUST HAVE:

\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics\nMinimum 5 years of technical project leadership experience\nU.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing\nAbility to travel up to 10-20%\n\n

WE VALUE:

\n\n6 to 10 years of experience in new product introduction, manufacturing readiness and/or product sustainment\nExperience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), Quality Management (QM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.\nExperience with earned value management and lifecycle gated milestone development\nExperience developing and managing project plans using standard tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira)\nAbility to understand business objectives and interact with our customers\nProactive and resourceful self-starters with ability to multi-task\n\n
