As a Sr\nTechnical Validator on the Analysis, Mechanical Design, Technical Validation & Standards Team,\nyou will be a key contributor to technical validation activities within the Aerospace Engineering and Technology, Control\nSystems (CS) Organization.

In this role, you will support\ntechnical validation activities for engines, power systems and mechanical\ncontrols systems for Aero and UAM aircrafts. Your responsibilities will include\nthe review of drawings for manufacturability, dimensional accuracy, and\nadherence to industry and internal standards; verify geometric dimensioning and\ntolerancing to ensure proper fit at next-level assembly; and review 3D model\nintegrity to ensure accurate translation to CAD and CAM tools. You will\nact as a technical lead for less experienced engineers supporting you. You will\nalso lead continuous improvement efforts including knowledge capture, design\nstandards, tools and process improvements.

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematicsDemonstrated\n experience utilizing Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).Demonstrated\n experience in product development.Demonstrated\n experience of industry standards.6+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in Aerospace or related industries. WE VALUESignificant\n experience in drawing detailing and drawing changes for new and legacy\n programs.Expert in\n GD&T and ASME Y14 Series.Significant\n experience with Honeywell Aerospace mechanical drawing requirements and\n industry drawing standards.Familiarized with tolerance\n stack-up analysis (axial and radial).Proficiency in\n CAD tools, NX preferred.Experience with\n PLM tools, Teamcenter preferred.Knowledge of\n unique manufacturing and design requirements for aerospace applications.Capability to\n work with self-direction, take initiative, exercise sound judgment,\n discretion, and capable of complex decision making in a dynamic work\n environment.Proven ability to\n present and effectively communicate technical details to varying\n audiences.Demonstrated\n ability to modify work schedule to satisfy challenging customer demands\n and compressed project schedules.Proven ability\n mentoring others.
