Sr Advanced Test Engineer

As a Senior Advanced Test Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of test engineers to ensure the successful execution of test plans and procedures. You will develop and implement test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and provide technical guidance and support to team members. You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Houston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering teams. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that engineering projects are supported and aligned with the company's goals. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to the test engineering team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n

• Lead and manage a team of test engineers to ensure the successful execution of test plans and procedures

• Develop and implement test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of products

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications

• Monitor and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement

• Provide technical guidance and support to team member

YOU MUST HAVE\n

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics • Minimum of 5 years of experience in test engineering • Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools • Experience in managing and leading a team • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
