The Sr Advisor Business Insights for the AMCB Data Transformation team drives strategic Data & Analytics initiatives by materializing ideas/concepts and managing them through execution. This includes:
Performing upfront analysis and/or discovery relative to current state and future state (including interviews, documenting use cases or process/data flows, summarizing business problem, business solution and plan)Defining dependencies/ impacts to other initiative and identifies gaps in existing capabilities or data needs and brings them forward to action on as applicable.Leading discussions with leaders and SMEs to define and evolve vision, scope & planEnsuring tight alignment to business strategy and prioritiesTracking progressDeveloping formal decks for executive consumptionThe Senior Advisor, Business Insights acts as a top advisor to business leaders and stakeholders. Provides comprehensive analytical support, interpretation of complex data and generate multidimensional insights that drive business growth and value. This role works in partnership with business leaders to present or generate appropriate insights including the delivery of supporting collateral and/or presentations. Provides consultative support, business insight, advice and expertise to guide decision making and/or strategic planning by leveraging and interpreting data and analytical models to provide business specific or broad strategic insight and using a variety of audience-specific communication techniques.

Data & Analytics experienceStrong data background/expertise in banking. This could be career/experience in one or more (prefer more than one): Data Management, Data Warehousing/Data Mapping, Data Governance, Data & Analytics/Reporting, etc.Ability to do analysis (interview people, research, gather information, etc.) to understand current state and summarize the informationStrong communication both verbally & in writing, including an ability to understand complex concepts and simplify themAbility to lead stakeholder/SME discussions and manage stakeholder needs/expectationsExperience in strategy, presenting or working with executivesExperience in story-telling and creating executive presentation material (such as power point)
