The Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy Consultant delivers our Purpose by joining the AI Strategy and Design Team, focusing on analyzing problems and developing creative, human-centered design outcomes to solve them. This role is responsible for leading end to end research and strategy projects to explore problems through the eyes of users, build understanding of what’s working and what isn’t, analyze and quantify patterns, and craft compelling research insights to guide the evaluation of business challenges through the lens of AI, automation, data, and digital solutions. The Senior AI Strategy Consultant is a strategic problem solver who is excited to help pilot the future of Southwest Airlines.

Competitive market salary from $130,750 per year to $145,300 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
