This job is part of the Data Science & Analytics job function. They are responsible for analyzing data to enhance effectiveness, predict outcomes, and develop business insights for informed decision-making. What you’ll do + Lead sophisticated, cross-functional research or analytical projects using modern data analytics and data science toolkit on CBRE’s proprietary data. + Use advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights for strategic decisions across different business lines. + Craft and deliver high-impact communications and collaborator engagement materials. + Collaborate with other departments and IT groups to ensure successful project implementations. + Explain sophisticated information in straightforward situations. + Possess broad knowledge of own job subject area and some knowledge of several other fields within the function. + Impact the quality of own work and that of the team. What you’ll need + A Master's Degree (MBA, Statistics, Data Science, etc.) is helpful, along with 3-5 years of + relevant experience. + Prior experience in advanced analytics or business data science within a business strategy setting. + Experience in client consulting is strongly preferred. + Excellent communication skills, engaging with diverse stakeholders and conveying complex concepts in an accessible manner. + Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with a strong ability to collaborate and influence across functions. + Agile and growth-minded, with a proven track record of driving projects from ideation to impactful results. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve complex problems Why CBRE?
