Sr Analyst, Creative Measurement

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a Sr. Analyst to join the creative measurement team and play a key part in developing the way that creative data is leveraged. As a member of the Creative Measurement team, the Sr. Analyst will support creation of best-in-class creative assets by empowering creative teams with performance data and insights, driving creative optimizations, facilitating continuous learning, and showcasing the impact of creative on business objectives. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for analyzing ad-level media data to develop insights that will inform what creative elements have the strongest impact on campaign performance. This position will interact with several cross-functional teams to develop campaign reports, plan testing initiatives and present findings to marketing, merchandising and vendor stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

10% Ongoing Optimization and Tracking - Manage on-going non-analytics business needs including reconciliation of marketing budget, MARCOM and related team processes that add business value; Role will be critical conduit to support teams and voice to optimize enterprise marketing efforts for both internal partners and external consumer60% Planning, Implementation and Execution - Provides support in the planning, implementation and execution of marketing strategies and activities in partnership with the audience strategy leaders including brand awareness campaigns, events, and partner programs to drive traffic and sales; Support cross-functional project teams to manage and execute high-value initiatives30% Research & Tools - Research, understand and build tools that help translate insights and analytics into actionable results; This role will oversee the delivery of marketing reporting from analytics team and prepare communications that demonstrate marketing campaign progress and success; Responsible for ensuring there is on-going communication that educate business owners within the organization on key insights, factbooks, campaign performance and effectiveness of enterprise efforts

Travel Requirements:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.


Working Conditions:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.


Minimum Qualifications:

Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
