Job Summary
The Sr. Enrollment Analyst supports the oversight of Enrollment Operations execution, and the enrollment processes. Compile and share summary reports with management and HPs. Ensure that Enrollment tasks are being completed within SLAs and with high quality. Timely respond to HP inquiries and take necessary actions to resolve escalations.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Provides data driven insights in evaluation of Enrollment Operations business processes to identify gaps and drive the design of department oversight solutions. Utilize reports and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Microsoft PowerBI, etc.) to research and identify trends to ensure enrollment data is sound and aligned with incoming enrollment files. Subject matter expert in Marketplace Enrollment Operations and the End-to-End Enrollment Processes and Operations Represent and advocate for Enrollment Operations in cross functional efforts. Collaborate with internal Enrollment Operations teams (Center of Excellence, Enrollment Operations) and vendors to implement sound business requirement changes. Partner with leaders in the in the coordination of complex or special projects which includes but not limited to communicating, reviewing, and validating the requirements from the Health Plans (HP) , ensuring correct understanding and execution of the requirements by the technical teams and vendors. Summarize; organize and present data to different levels of the organization (peer groups, leadership team, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders) in a concise and clear manner (in writing and verbally) Provide guidance and instructions to Enrollment Operations staff (including vendors).
Job Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
•5-7 years of business analysis experience,
•Demonstrates proficiency in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures applicable to job-related subject areas.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
•3-5 years of formal training in Project Management
•Experience working with complex, often highly technical teams
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Working environment is generally favorable and lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions. Must have the ability to sit for long periods.
