Position Summary
The successful candidate will support the Change Management function. The Analyst is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all technology-related release and change activities while ensuring integrity of the environment. This team member will interact with all levels of the IT organization to drive accountability of the teams involved as well as simplify and automate processes to make it easier for IT partners to use.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong technical and interpersonal skills, and be willing to join a fast-paced, high-profile business area.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Drives change quality, simplification, and automationDrives accountability of all teams involved in change processAbility to provide real-time response to time sensitive requestsParticipates and supports changes presented at the Change Advisory Board (CAB)Serves as SME for internal and external Change Management auditsAccountable for adhering to Change Management policiesEnsures change requests meet minimal change management requirements thereby minimizing risk of changes having an adverse customer/client impactEducates IT partners about Change Management process

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
