The Strategy & Analytics Senior Analyst will be part of DaVita’s Payor Partnerships team, a highly visible, analytical team that manages and seeks to grow our $7B+ portfolio of commercial health plan (“payor”) revenue. The role will support both DaVita’s fee-for-service and value-based care contracting efforts, and offers extensive interaction with senior executives and leaders from various functions, providing excellent visibility and opportunities for career advancement.

Building complex financial models in Excel to estimate financial impact of contract negotiationsSupporting value-based contracting opportunities through pitch deck creation, deal execution support, industry monitoring and research, and other strategic initiativesBuilding and presenting comprehensive strategy decks to support executive decision makingCreating reporting to measure portfolio-level performance and trendingUsing Tableau to design reporting dashboards and conduct other ad-hoc analysesManaging a queue of high visibility projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional teamsPartner with managers to aid junior analyst developmentClearly and concisely communicating insights to multiple levels of managementServing as a strategic thought partner with leadership, within and outside the Payor Partnerships organization#LI-JS3

Salary/ Wage Range
$68,400.00 - $100,400.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
