Position Summary
Conduct onsite visits with Virginia provider groups, deliver gap in care reports and work with provider offices to get members scheduled and close gaps, streamline/simplify by providing direct communication between providers and Quality. Providers will have direct access to speaking with expert with the ability to explain details around performance measures, their current performance rates, and provide resources to improve performance. Additional responsibilities include abstracting medical records year-round.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree at minimum
3+ years managed care experience
5+ years quality experience
3+ years HEDIS or NCQA experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree
Project Management Certification
Experience with provider offices
Registered Nurse or relevant work experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
