**Sr. Analyst:** Expected salary range of **$111,600 to $124,000** , varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
**Analyst:** Expected salary range of **$81,000 to $90,000** , varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION**
**Sr. Analyst:**
The purpose of this role is to provide functional business analyst support for our HRIS and perform system configurations to meet Payroll & Payroll Tax business requirements. Key responsibilities include leveraging and optimizing the use of our HR systems and solutions with a strong focus.
**Analyst:**
The purpose of this role is to support and enhance the performance of our Human Resource technologies. The key responsibilities include providing day-to-day support for system operations and responding to client inquiries. This position is also responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, including issue resolution, data analysis, end-user education, and recommendations for change.
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
+ Provide primary functional HRIS analyst support through system configuration and process improvement analysis and execution, with a focus on assigned functional areas.
+ Document processes, identify HR concerns, and resolve application issues.
+ Act as the primary resource for evaluating the potential and feasibility of process automation for business owners.
+ Extract and compile information as requested using existing reports or reporting tools, or by utilizing ad-hoc queries.
+ Troubleshoot defects from analysis through remediation, testing, and deployment.
+ Serve as a liaison between HR and IT, responsible for generating requirements and prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
+ Write and execute test scripts for regression testing and functional integration testing of all integration points between applications, components, and services.
+ Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: SR. Analyst**
+ Provide primary functional HRIS analyst support through system configuration and process improvement analysis and execution, with a focus on Payroll & Payroll Tax.
+ Production support for the payroll processing team, including coordinating with Oracle and HR IT support teams as needed. Document processes, identify HR concerns, and resolve application issues.
+ Act as the primary resource for evaluating the potential and feasibility of process automation for business owners.
+ Serve as project lead for either internal or external projects within assigned functional areas.
+ Extract and compile information as requested using existing reports or reporting tools, or by utilizing ad-hoc queries.

+ Serve as a liaison between HR and IT, responsible for generating requirements and prioritizing tasks based on business needs.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Analyst**
+ Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 3 years of experience in an HR or IT related role. In lieu of degree, minimum 6 years of experience.
**Demonstrated knowledge of metrics, data, and business intelligence strategies.**
