Essential Job Responsibilities
Support the IR Department, owning and assisting with IR processes including:
Communications:
Assist with the development of presentations and other IR materials including press releases and earnings scripts.Support external communications process by maintaining communications logs, and ensuring timely responses.Respond to logistical inquiries.Earnings:
Support the quarterly earnings process by compiling data and assisting with materials preparation such as preparing summaries of analyst reports and market sentiment.Assist with planning and logistics for the quarterly earnings process.Targeting and Engagement:
Assist with planning and logistics for investor events, conferences, and roadshows; includes maintaining the marketing calendar with key deadlines and deliverables.Assist with maintaining a relationship management tool (e.g., IRWIN).Research:
Review and summarize company and peer research, financial results, call transcripts, and market research.Monitor and report on institutional ownership and trading trends.Other:
Conduct peer valuation analyses and have familiarity with financial modeling practices.Maintain assigned areas of the IR website, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.Administrative tasks and other projects as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in finance, accounting or a related field.Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Strong analytical skills.Able to conduct data analysis and industry research with proficiency.Able to work across multiple projects, find efficiencies, refine processes, and iterate.Able to set and meet deadlines.Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.Collaborative approach in a team-oriented work environment.Systems proficiency, including MS Office Suite and IR specific tools (FactSet, Bloomberg, Virtua, IRWIN or similar IR CRM).The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 USD per year.
