Sr Analyst, IT Planning & Transformation

Our Information Technology team plays a critical role at Nutrien, enabling our business with the technology needed to advance toward our digital future. In addition to managing the systems and tools that keep our company running, we enable Nutrien’s tech strategy and run Centres of Excellence in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Automation, and SAP, as well as a Centre for Acceleration in Data in Analytics. What you will do:

Generate IT transformation actions through analyzing, gathering, and reviewing data (incl. IT planning and operational performance data) to identify trends, opportunities, and create relevant continuous improvement solutions. Conduct research using tools like data analysis surveys and competitor benchmarking to align IT models to high-performing standards. Work with the IT Leadership Team and other IT leaders to uncover effectiveness and efficiency opportunities, driving continuous improvements in our IT operations. Develop and maintain IT action plans, models, and reports to provide stakeholders with intelligence to support planning and operational decisions. Measure and report on the continuous improvement benefits of IT operational excellence efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment to plans and business objectives and continuous improvement actions. Support Manager, IT Partnerships & IT Performance, in ensuring that IT continuous improvement efforts are aligned with Nutrien’s objectives and deliver measurable value.

 

What you will bring:

3-6 years of experience in business, planning, continuous improvement or similar. Strategic mindset, technical capacity, and strong data analysis skills. Experience with data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI preferred). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and partnership. Experience working with senior leaders and executives. Strong competence with standard Microsoft 365 software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

Salary Range $95,700 - $177,800 annually. This range is estimated for Senior Analyst, IT Planning & Transformation role in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
