What Sales Enablement contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Enablement is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence to achieve the strategic and growth objectives established by the sales organization. This includes supporting disciplined sales execution; increasing win rates by providing selling support throughout the opportunity life cycle; reduce the administrative burden and barriers; and enhancing that customer and rep experience.
Responsibilities
This individual is responsible for developing, quantifying and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence (including data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, reporting) and, for supporting and executing processes that optimize selling time and drive profitable growth in partnership with the field sales organization.
Responsible for ownership of the self-service platforms (SharePoint, GMB, SFDC cases) that support stakeholder requestsWorks with cross functional teams to ensure smooth operations for internal and external customersSupport Cardinal Health Brand and Performance plus conversion opportunities through targeting reportingUnderstands how to identify barriers and resolveResearching operational issues that may arise from day-to-day activitiesAd-Hoc reporting including but not limited to sales, contracts, and product informationReport maintenance and automationMaintain and update program materials as neededProcess streamlining and optimizationExecute on sales team enablement requests to alleviate administrative burdenLog all support activities in SFDCAssist with QBR and savings analysis preparationSupport new customer, product implementations and GPO transitions as neededCollaborates cross functionally to ensure expected project delivery of assigned projects on timeQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferredMinimum 2-4 years general business experience preferredExcellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written and verbal communicationAbility to learn quickly and adjust to changing business needsAbility to be flexible and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProblem solving, and analytical skills requiredResourceful and motivated self-starterDemonstrated ability to work cross functionally on projectsProven ability to meet deadlines, follow-through on details, provide input & feedback to the teamMicrosoft Office capability in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhat is expected of you and others at this level
