They will gain exposure to compliance related tools, processes, procedures and will help our application teams navigate their day-to-day compliance workload and emerging priorities. They will interact closely with the Compliance team to build-out, maintain, and continuously improve upon our evolving support frameworks and will serve as a key player in our day-to-day operations. **Responsibilities:** + Provide support to the Enterprise Delivery and PCW application teams in the areas of Vulnerability Management, Software Security, Application Inventory, and other compliance domain areas as needed. + Assist with the coordination and tracking of upcoming tool onboarding activities for our area. + Assist with the development of a new Software Security support framework for our Enterprise Delivery & PCW Compliance team. + Manage the annual application risk assessment campaign for our area (ADCS). + Track and support the annual secure code training requirement for our area (AAST). **Position Requirements** **:** + 2 years experience in an IT customer service / support role + 1 year experience with CMDB, Service Mapping, and Service Management tools + 2 years experience in MS Excel (pivot charts/tables, vlookup formulas, etc). **Preferred Qualifications:** + Previous work experience with ServiceNow CMDB + Knowledge of IT security-related regulations such as PCI, SOX, etc. + Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices and theory + Previous work experience in Retail Systems, Corporate Systems, or Enterprise Infrastructure + Ability to manage concurrent, high-priority workload in a dynamic environment + Strong customer service / collaboration skills **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $79,310.00 - $158,620.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
