**About the Role:** As a Senior Analyst in Strategic Revenue Management (SRM), you will be a key player in driving our company's commercial success. Your expertise in SRM levers, combined with your deep commercial experience, will help various divisions and channels achieve their business goals. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders, accounts, and brands to identify profitable initiatives and opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Execute SRM deployment across divisions, understanding landscape, opportunities, and trends.
+ Collaborate with division stakeholders to identify and capitalize on profitable initiatives.
+ Embed SRM expertise in the commercial planning process (MBS, ICP, MBP).
+ Develop and drive multi-lens market analyses for price and promo opportunities.
+ Identify pricing opportunities and develop scenarios to optimize pricing architecture.
+ Provide recommendations on price and promo per channel/customer and drive SRM enablers (data, system, process, capabilities).
+ Monitor pricing execution and perform post-promo analysis and optimization.
+ Develop a deep understanding of pricing and promotion tactics, ROI, and incrementality.
+ Drive promo strategy, monitor post-event performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
+ Support the definition and execution of Price-Pack Architecture (PPA) across divisions.
+ Use analytics to uncover growth opportunities and refine competitive positioning.
+ Define and execute Mix & Assortment strategies to drive profitable share and growth.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ 4+ years of business experience, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
+ 1+ years of related strategic pricing experience.
+ Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
+ Drives confidence and momentum by providing the context and data / insights for others to think, decide and act.
+ Understanding of one or more of: tool development, syndicated data, promotional effectiveness, sales finance.
+ Familiarity with multiple data sources e.g. syndicated sales data, financial data, and consumer data.
+ Experience with Excel, IRI, PowerBI, Powerpoint to solve business problems.
+ Ability to transform data/insights into a compelling story with specific recommendations.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills across functions; collaborating with brand/category teams and other key internal/external stakeholders; effective in influencing wide variety of stakeholders.
+ Need commercial experience (finance and/or sales) to guide internal conversations with sales/finance and external conversations with distributors/retailers.
+ Understands the impact decisions will have on commercial landscape across the NUSA organization.
+ Analytical thought partner who can determine which data is relevant to create actionable and measurable insights.
