The Sr. Analyst ensures that products, services and supplier relationships are in the best interest of the Davita. This position will support multiple Indirect sourcing lanes, including, but not limited to, Consulting, Logistics, and
Audit Services. This role is responsible for the evaluation of suppliers and contracts including the Requests forQuotes (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI). This position works under minimal
supervision on complex assignments that require considerable independent discretion and judgement. A successful candidate must be detail-oriented, with excellent skills in research, data analysis, commercial negotiation, and evaluation of goods and/or services. The Sr. analyst will make recommendations, including supplier selections, based on their research and is expected to provide support when in negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Work with internal business partners to facilitate Request for Proposals, Request for Quotes and Invitations to BidWill ensure that all contracts and fully executed agreements are deposited into the Contract Management SystemUtilize e-sourcing tools to effectively manage contract administrationFacilitate delivery of all relevant contract documentation including pricing and other key terms to the procurement systems team to enable purchasingIndependently work on large sourcing/purchasing projects with a high level of discretion and independenceMaintain all documentation on all procedures including final contracting commercial terms, final supplier quotes, contact information and RFP/ RFI documentationPartner with Sourcing Managers in data gathering, stakeholder discussions and contract supportAssist Sourcing Managers in evaluating supplier performance as applicableResearch relevant markets, suppliers and technologies and make recommendations to internal customers based on analysisHandle supplier communications as delegated by the Sourcing ManagersSkills

Bachelor’s degree required.4-6 years of business experience required. 2-4 years of procurement experience preferredExperience facilitating multiple Requests for Proposals, Request for Quotes and Invitations to BidMust have a general working knowledge of Indirect procurement categoriesExcellent Skills in MS SuiteExperience with Coupa and other eSourcing platforms - preferredShould possess desire to succeed and willingness to advanceWhat We’ll Provide:

Salary/ Wage Range
$56,500.00 - $100,000.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
