Primary Responsibilities

KeHE is actively seeking a Sr. Analyst of Change Management to ensure initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.

Essential Functions Create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progressSupport the design, development, delivery and management of communications.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.Evaluate and ensure user readinessConsult and coach project teamsSupport and engage business leaders Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience helping people go through organizational changeExperience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. PROSCI certification or CCMP desired.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAdvanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
