Every day, our colleagues are challenging what's possible and making headway to innovate new treatment pathways to advance patient outcomes and set new standards of care. **SUMMARY DESCRIPTION** The Treasury Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting the Assistant Treasurer with managing and executing treasury functions including bank relationship management, foreign exchange operations, cash management, policies and treasury operations. Additional responsibilities include cash pooling, investments, financial risk management and corporate treasury initiatives. **SUPERVISION RECEIVED** The position is under the supervision of the Assistant Treasurer **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Primary responsibilities are: + Management of cash and banking operations (includes pooling, structure, bank account services, bank relationships, etc.) + Ownership of intercompany cash planning, funding, netting and investments + Manage intercompany loan portfolio, coordinating with Tax, Legal, and Accounting + Develop cash flow forecasts and provide detailed consolidated cash flow projections + Execute investing strategies and invest excess funds based on safety and preservation of principle in accordance with the company's investment policy + Formulates, communicates, and supervises management of departmental policies and procedures + Project management for Treasury strategic initiatives + Prepare presentations for senior management + Performs other related duties as assigned **DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Experience Required: + Experience in financial analysis, treasury management and cash management + Experience with international cash operations and treasury background + Excellent communication and organizational skills + Proven ability to work with a diverse group of people + Demonstrated focus on exceeding goals and results + Strong research, investigative and analytical skills **ADDITIONAL DETAILS** This is a hybrid role to be on-site (three days per week on-site, two days per week remote) in our Princeton, NJ office.
