• Conduct data analysis and display data in an articulate and meaningful manner that resonates with project champions, owners, and team members
• Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to drive aircraft maintenance strategy
• Provide analysis, audit, and investigative assistance including but not limited to:
o Leadership meetings and presentations
o Operational impact studies regarding placement of maintenance tasks
o Definition of station strategy, capabilities, and performance evaluation
o Long-term capacity and resource planning
• Create and update maintenance opportunity schedules and ensure alignment with requirements
• Support planning teams with day-to-day responsibilities; identify and help resolve challenges across stakeholders such as Planning, Engineering, Records, Maintenance Programs, Methods and Standards, Technical Publications

Required
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Airline Business Management or related field
• 3-5 years experience using data analysis and quantitative modeling techniques (e.g. statistics, optimization, simulation, spreadsheeting)
• Knowledge of Airline Operations, or Network Scheduling, or Strategy and Planning principles
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively interact with team and senior leadership levels, internal and external business partners
• Ability to handle simultaneous projects and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
• Five-year experience in aircraft maintenance planning, engineering, execution, or related area
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, engineering, planning
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Spotfire, Tableau, etc.)
