Your job, as Sr Analyst - Cross-Functional Reporting (Validations & Stability)within our team, will be to deliver and support Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines._ **Main responsibilities:** + _Collect electronically stored data for stability management reports from all relevant data sources_ + _Gather electronically stored data relevant for environmental monitoring trending reports from designated sources_ + _Assist in report-related activities for audit and inspection preparation and prepare and organize data and documentation to support audit and inspection requirements_ + _Transcribe paper-based data into electronic formats for inclusion in reports_ + _Conduct thorough reviews of transcribed data to verify accuracy and completeness_ + _Ensure compliance with document control procedures and regulatory requirements_ + _Identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection, transcription, and audit/inspection support activities_ _About you_ + **_Experience_** : _Professional experience in data management (transcription & verification) (preferable for report issuance)_ + **_Soft skills_** _: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills.
