The U.S. Consumer Services Team (USCS) is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.
The U.S. Consumer Loyalty Marketing team is part of the US Consumer Services Group, and our mission is to grow share of Card Member hearts, minds, and wallets by activating, engaging, and recognizing our customers through innovative, customer-centric marketing that makes membership matter. The marketing the Loyalty team delivers, educates, and excites our Card Members about their products, benefits, services, and experiences, delivering against share-driving goals for USCS on behalf of the Blue Box.
The Onboarding & Early Engagement teams sits within US Customer Loyalty Marketing (USCLM) as a critical and foundational arm to deliver curated Early Tenure journeys to ensure Card Members are set up for success at the start of Membership.
The team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Early Engagement Marketing Strategy, who will help lead efforts for the early phase of tenure across all Card products, with a focus on personalization and next gen advancements. This person will be tasked with identifying new opportunities for the Early Tenure space to drive quantifiable growth in engagement & spend at the onset of card membership.
How will you make an impact in this role?
This individual has a passion for customer-first strategic marketing, is comfortable navigating white-space, and excels at fostering strong partnerships across the organization to deliver bespoke and channel-agnostic journeys. This role will be focused on driving results through program innovation, including optimization through test and learn, customer segmentation, relevant trigger marketing, and finding efficiencies in our marketing execution.
This position offers the opportunity to make a measurable and meaningful impact on the business by acting as the connective tissue between product, tech, servicing, enablement, marketing, and AXP Early Tenure Card Members.
· Serve as a thought leader to identify and test program enhancements to optimize the early tenure space
· Partner closely with internal and external teams to collaboratively move the business forward while satisfying customer needs
· Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly in partnership with the Loyalty Marketing Execution Team
· Collaborate with product teams to share best practices, brainstorm new opportunities, and create joint ventures
Minimum Qualifications
· 2+ Years of marketing experience
· Strong strategic, analytical marketer, keen to use data to drive decision-making
· Innovative thought leader comfortable navigating white space with a growth mindset to to creatively problem solve
· Passion for challenging the status quo and the ability to compile and analyze data, identify trends, and communicate relevant findings
· Energetic self-starter with the ability to drive results under tight timelines
· Strong relationship builder with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners
Preferred Qualifications
· Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
· Positive, solutions oriented, can-do attitude and the desire to be part of a high-profile, results-oriented, dynamic team
· Bachelor Degree Preferred
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
