Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to evaluate business metrics, provide research and insights for Fulfillment Center (FC) initiatives to drive e-commerce operations business results. This role will accomplish this through the analysis, design and implementation of projects, best practices, and process improvements across the e-commerce network. This role will also support day to day fulfillment operations, including inbound, outbound and transfer processes while working with cross-functional partners to drive results.

What you will do

Leads cross functionally to effectively deliver projects, best practices, and process improvement initiativesTakes ownership and manages timely execution of projects across FCs, from development to implementationProvides qualitative and quantitative analytics prior to development and after implementation identifying ROI, current/future state, and cost savings and shares recommendations with Directors and VPsWorks independently to assess operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving actions to achieve desired resultsProvides real-time information and guidance to FCs requiring assistance with day-to-day procedural questionsAssists in development of process improvement solutions based on FC Operations feedbackExecutes the process of documenting policies, procedures, and processes for new and existing initiativesIndividual Contributor

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field3-5 Years Experience in data analytics, performance reporting1-2 Years Experience Delivering Proven Business Impact

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 Years Demonstrated project management experience, such as Gantt Chart design and development3-5 Years Years Process design and implementation experience1-2 Years Years Advanced skill in Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI1-2 Years Years Parcel fulfillment operations and Warehouse Management Systems experienceAdvanced skill in DART/MicroStrategy, Excel, & Access, such as pivot tables, power pivot, Vlookup and dynamic chartsDemonstrated ability to convert Financial or Operational data into actionable business steps (Business Cases) to improve performance in key performance indicators
